Village Values Post and shared ideals are the core of our commitment to each other in a community. This is a Project Imo adaptation of a traditional full value exercise. We custom craft each Village Values Post from sustainably and responsibly harvested local lumber.

Each Post includes 5 values boards with facilitation prompts on the reverse and an assortment of wood cookies to use with “I, You, We” behavioral achievement recognition for efforts to live those values the group has set for themselves.

We can customize the 5 boards for you or you can select blank rough hewn boards as well.
