Whether you’re a total beginner or a crafty enthusiast looking to learn more\, this session is packed with tools\, techniques\, and takeaways for all experience levels. \nWhat You’ll Learn:\nDesign Basics:\nStart with an image\, logo\, phrase\, or sketch\, yours or one we provide\, and learn how to prepare it for printing and cutting. We’ll cover tools like GIMP and Photoshop\, with step-by-step process on proper sizing\, spacing\, layout\, and file setup so your design cuts clean and looks professional. We can even sneak in a little way to use Canva to get the job done too. \nMaterials Matter:\nLearn the difference between glossy\, matte\, and waterproof vinyl; clear vs. white base materials; and how to choose the right magnet thickness and backing for your project. You’ll get to explore lamination options\, including holographic finishes\, and explore both manual and roller-based lamination techniques. \nCut It Your Way:\nWe’ll show you how to use both the Cricut and Brother ScanNCut machines and how to troubleshoot common issues.
