Diana Schultz is a passionate teacher, certified to teach K-12 in Connecticut, who currently teaches mathematics at Rockville High School. During her time as a professional educator she has served as a class advisor to the Class of 2019, a National Honor Society Advisor, and served as Co-chair of the Rockville High School’s MTSS Committee and Coordinator of Rockathon, a fundraiser for CCMS. She serves as Chair of the Mathematic Department, also coordinated curriculum development, and serves on her school’s Tier 1 Behavioral Intervention Committee. In 2018 she was a recipient of Profiles in Professionalism Award.
Diana is devoted to inspiring local youth, to connecting them with nature, and helping build leadership skills, autonomy, and character in children. Diana is a passionately dedicated teacher who brings food to feed multiple underserved children, buys groceries for families in need, and a role model and support for her students. She brings a level of deep, personal commitment to the wellbeing of her students and community that drive her service-oriented mindset.
Diana is an outdoor enthusiast who especially loves hiking and kayaking. A dog lover, she owns two pups named Jake and Buzz. Diana lives in Tolland, CT, and she is mom to three wonderful kids named Dominique, Emma, and Colby, and grandmother to baby Maddie.
